This volume is five of the seven historic provinces of the Basque Country (Labourd, Lower Navarre, Soule, Guipúzcoa and Navarre), with two incursions into the southern Landes and two others at the Bearnais neighbors. The shortest of these routes (3:30 and 4:00) lead to the peak of Orhy or around Navarrenx, at the estuary of the Adour or in the Jara loop. The longest names have: Large occabe circuit (6:30 and 1,300 m from climb), Artzamendi from the Pas de Roland (6:30 and 1000 m), Haltzamendi from Osèsès (6:00) or Guéthary coast trail in Hendaye ( 6:00). You will still find significant differences in the canyon of ehujarré (1,200 m), at the peak of Petrexema (1050 m). All between ocean and desiccated causses of the Arbales or Pierre - Saintmartin, between Barthes of the Adour and Majestic Concac of San Sebastian.
